NEW Device: Popup Call To Action

This device allows you to create rich interactions in combination with the Popup device!
This device creates a clickable list item that players can select when a popup is open.
You can use this to allow players to make one of many choices in-game. For Apocalypse, we used this device to let you select your role when the game begins.
Call To Actions are sorted based on the Y position of the device. So call to actions placed higher up will show higher on the list.
To use this device with your popups, go to the Popup device and set Call To Action Style to List

Fixed an issue where the shadow on a Character Device did not disappear when being deactivated
